At Woolino, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns and exchanges of unwashed, unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
